The best feature on the Nine is the venting. It has 12 huge vents all over the helmet that can be opened or closed in a matter of seconds. The vents are divided into 3 regions on the helmet. The center, left and right can all be controlled separately to dial in your perfect temperature control. The vents are plugged with foam inserts that you literally remove from the helmet and stuff in your pocket. No more questions about whether the vents are open or closed, if the pads are in, the vents are closed. If the pads are in your pocket, they are open! It's the easiest, most effective system we've seen. This helmet is often imitated, but the Nine is the original helmet in this class. The only negative thing we can think of with this helmet is possibly loosing the vents that you pull out. Just remember which jacket you put them in and you should be fine.
